FirstPro is now accepting resumes for a Mailroom Coordinator position based in Waltham, MA. This role will focus on ordering office supplies, collect and deliver interoffice mail, process outgoing mail, work with vendors to troubleshoot printers, and more. This is a contract position to cover a temporary leave.
Responsibilities
- Order office supplies/printer toner
- Collect and deliver interoffice mail in Waltham facility
- Seal, stamp, deliver external outgoing mail and receive incoming mail to and from post office daily
- Coordinate brochure and printed material orders with Design Services (in house graphic design team) and ship to sales reps
- Work with vendor technicians to troubleshoot printers/machinery
Requirements
- Knowledge of mailing systems (USPS, UPS, FedEx) preferred
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (interacts with all departments)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods of time. Walking long distances while pushing mail/package cart.
