Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Experience with product development with Mexican and Asian Cuisine
- Proficient in knife skills, food preparation, recipe documentation, gram work and cleaning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team.
- A strong attention to detail, along with the ability to discover potential risks.
- Work independently with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skulls
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with market research and consumer analysis.
- Passion for food and culinary innovation
