We are looking for a Administrative Assistant II for our client, a global tech company, in Cupertino for a full-time 6-month W2 contract.
This position will float between 2 office locations depending on the needs each day.
Office location #1: Cupertino, CA
Office location #2: Sunnyvale, CA
This position will be primarily onsite 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs) with remote on Friday.
Description
Seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who's well-organized, and proactive. This individual will manage office space and support the team’s day-to-day needs.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering and restocking office and break room supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
- Submitting general building requests, often acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and ensuring completion of tasks.
- Management of multiple conference room calendars.
- Provide support for daily onsite needs
- Coordinating catering requests for meetings and events, working with internal systems and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring they receive necessary supplies, equipment, and security compliance.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative and/or facilities support role
- Proficiency with iCal, Mail, Keynote and other OS X based office systems a plus
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through is crucial.
- Team-oriented environment and who projects a positive demeanor.
- Display excellent problem-solving abilities when faced with challenging deadlines.
- Work with little supervision on daily assignments and must be able to take initiative in all tasks.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $30.00 - $33.44 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
