The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company’s technology initiatives. The CIO ensures that the company’s technology infrastructure, systems, and services are aligned with business goals and objectives. This role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, and the management of technology resources to support business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Information Technology Manager (CITM) is preferred.
- Prior experience in ERP systems, CRM platforms, or specialized software relevant to the company’s operations is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that support business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
