Customer Service Representative

They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure they are meeting commitments and providing excellent customer service.
Opportunity: Contract (16 weeks)
Compensation: $19/hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 10am-6:30pm
Location: Benicia, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferably within a call center environment
