Job Title: Technical Lead - O365Location: NYC / Hybrid - 1 day onsite

Responsibilities:- Lead Microsoft 365 migration projects (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online - Hybrid).
- Implement M365 security and compliance policies.
- Ensure email privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Use PowerShell for M365 scripting and automation.
- Support Office ProPlus and Microsoft Productivity Suite.
- Apply security standards and manage Azure and identity technologies.
- Configure Proofpoint Email Security and Advanced Threat Protection.
- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues.
Qualifications:- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration and management.
- Strong knowledge of M365 security, compliance, and email privacy.
- Proficient in PowerShell and Office ProPlus.
- Familiar with Azure, identity management, and Proofpoint.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Education:- 4-Year Degree or Technical Degree, or relevant experience
- Microsoft and SaaS Solutions Certification
