Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting/Finance department, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and other related documents.
- Process and distribute live checks, verifying and recording the information.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable, including tracking and reconciling invoices.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the department is well-equipped with necessary materials.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in an accounting or finance environment, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
