Are you an experienced construction professional passionate about healthcare projects? We are on the lookout for a dedicated Project Superintendent to oversee our healthcare construction activities in the metro Detroit area. This role requires a leader committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications: • Proven ability to lead and direct teams effectively. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. • Minimum of 5 years of successful construction supervision experience. • Assertive, highly motivated, and organized with excellent time management skills. • Proficiency in Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA) and experience in managing construction within active hospital environments - highly preferred
