Duties:

Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage all phases of litigation involving personal injury and transportation defense cases, including initial case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Depositions: Conduct precise and strategic depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts, particularly in the areas of personal injury and transportation defense.
- Trial Work: Actively participate in trials, presenting cases in court, cross-examining witnesses, and delivering opening and closing arguments, with a focus on personal injury and transportation defense.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering regular updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process, particularly in personal injury and transportation defense matters.
- Legal Research and Writing: Draft and respond to legal motions, prepare briefs, and conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies in personal injury and transportation defense cases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective management of personal injury and transportation defense cases.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.
- 2-10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury and transportation defense, particularly within insurance defense litigation.
- Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and substantive law.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
- Experience with depositions, trials, and full case management from inception to completion in personal injury and transportation defense cases.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
