Title: Digital Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technical Architect to execute projects based on provided specifications.
- Transform Technical Specifications into actionable Jira tickets for development teams.
- Provide project estimates for complex initiatives to support accurate project timeline forecasts.
- Ensure that new and existing features meet business, functional, and technical requirements, addressing web issues with appropriate priority.
- Investigate and resolve project issues in partnership with business stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor system and service performance, investigating issues as necessary.
- Supervise the development of well-structured, maintainable code.
- Conduct technical code reviews, manage builds, and oversee releases to production.
- Enforce adherence to established technical standards among team members, ensuring optimal technical design.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Assist in mentoring, training, and developing technical skills within the team.
- Collaborate with the Director, Digital Delivery to refine procedures and processes.
- Manage internal developers and oversee assigned consultants.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, related business area, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of Salesforce Cloud experience
- Certified SFCC Developer or SFCC Architect.
- Led at least one SFCC Retail implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of Java or JavaScript experience, with strong object-oriented programming and relational database skills.
- Experience with SFRA, PWA, NodeJS, and/or React required. Proficiency in jQuery, pipelines, controllers, and cartridges.
- OCAPI/SCAPI experience preferred.
- Minimum two years working with XML data import and export.
- Familiarity with tagging and testing tools advantageous.
- DevOps awareness/experience a plus.
- Strong multitasking abilities and proactive initiative.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative team environments.
- Experience managing remote technical teams.
- Knowledge of corporate retail environments beneficial.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools for ticketing and documentation preferred.
