Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM; Starting in November this role will shift to 4/10 hr days!
POSITION SUMMARY: This position will have the responsibility of managing all aspects of its assigned customers.
GENERAL DUTIES:
• Plan and execute all aspects of contracted program, to include planning, technical, financial, contractual and scheduling.
• Works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define requirements and is their primary contact on status and performance.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and continued business.
• Set and continuously manage program expectations and priorities with team members and make required adjustments as needed.
• Identify opportunities to pursue with focus on development of new projects through analysis.
• Identify critical path/long lead material items up-front in the assigned programs; execute mitigation plans for identified risks and create opportunities for project success.
• Communicate program information internally and externally while proactively addressing issues to timeline, costs, and product performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS degree with demonstrated technical aptitude, preferably in antennas or adjacent wireless technologies. A combination of education and previous experience may be substituted.
• Must demonstrate accurate interpretation of the following: Statement of Work (SOW), Compliance Matrix, Technical Documents, SCAR, NDA, Contracts, Purchase Orders, AS9100 QMS documents.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership. Capable of learning and developing interdepartmental processes in support of project success and overall company goals.
• Able to present and lead CDR, PDR, other customer-interfacing meetings, and internal meetings. • Prior project management experience, preferably on multi-year projects with multiple milestones and requirements set by internal requirements, SOWs, NDAs, and other contractual agreements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Support development and tracking of metrics and KPIs.
• High energy level, comfortable with multi-tasking.
• Must be highly organized, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Access, and MSWord.
• Sustained dependable attendance.
• Initiative in learning and changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks on a timely basis.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Position located in an office environment, with exposure to the manufacturing floor when needed.
• Occasional business-related travel, valid driver’s license.
