Overview: We are seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Envelope Division. In this role, you will perform forensic evaluations, structural investigations, and provide expert support in litigation cases. If you have experience in civil/site grading or building envelope/property condition assessments, that’s a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct forensic evaluations for residential and commercial structures.
- Analyze existing buildings' structural integrity and design repairs.
- Provide expert witness testimony and support in construction litigation.
- Develop proposals for engineering services and assist in construction administration.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 4+ years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in interpreting and applying building codes.
- Experience in structural analysis, repair design, and building envelope assessment is highly valued.
