Our client is seeking a temporary Events Coordinator/ Marketing to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This position is a 4 month assignment and you will be in the office 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Medical Education Team and interact with HCPs to provide travel support, presentation coordination, and plan local and remote meeting logistics
- Lead physician presentation submission to approval; follow up with stakeholders; formatting edits and corrections
- Support medical education programs and field events through approval process, logistical support, order support materials, shipment of product, etc.
- Support remote and onsite events
- Administrative duties include travel arrangements, expense reports, Sunshine Act Reporting
- Track Medical Education and Regional Program Usage Reports
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Organized
- Previous experience in event coordinator/planning
