Summary
Performs a variety of clerical duties in support of the Training Department.
Responsibilities
- Sort and file hardcopy training records that have been processed by the Training Coordinators.
- Assist the Training Coordinators with processing hardcopy training records by scanning to electronic format and filing electronic copies.
- Assist the Training Coordinators with entering data into the project’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Reconcile spreadsheet data from the LMS with hardcopy and electronic records and prepare records for submittal to the Document Control Center for archiving.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Kofax Power PDF or similar PDF application
- Ability to pass background checks and drug and alcohol screening for access to a controlled US Army facility
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
