SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with one of the best hotel management companies in the United States to find a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager for a branded property in the Midwest. This full service hotel has 200+ rooms and over 10k sq. ft. of meeting space, and a restaurant.
This role requires a polished, well-spoken, and respected leader who will act as the ambassador for the hotel, carrying a strong vision for its operations and success.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, providing support, supervision, and guidance to your management team and front-line associates. Your leadership will ensure that the hotel’s financial performance is optimized, service levels are maintained at the highest quality, and all operations comply with state, federal, and local regulations as well as company and brand standards.
Key responsibilities include establishing priorities, leading key operational initiatives such as sales planning and budget development, and executing property improvement projects. You will provide hands-on leadership to ensure revenue maximization and effective expense control, while serving as the primary point of communication with guests, clients, associates, ownership, corporate representatives, brand representatives, and key vendors.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of progressive experience in the hotel industry or a related field, with a proven track record of effective management and leadership. A college degree in a related field is preferred but not required, depending on the candidate’s experience.
