Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- 10+ years of extensive experience years in implementation and operations of Workday, requirements gathering, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 5+ years of Consultant experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment, including proficiency in Workday HCM, recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Performance and Development, Learning, Integrations, Security, Advanced Reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics, and/or Expenses configurations.
- Experience of implementing at least 1 workday system in recruitment module.
- Experience in running business workshops for requirement gatherings & Prepare requirement documents.
- Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their requirements and be a key contributor to guiding, developing, and educating others within the Workday practice.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide the solutions and build the solution deployments as per requirements.
- Ability to provide and exceeds the Business expectations and deliver in tight deadlines.
- Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a consultant and play a role of team lead.
- Ability to create Functional Design Documents (FSD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.
- Ticket Quality, deliverables review and Status Reporting for the project
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading the engagement.
- Provide strategy for integration with different systems to ensure the integrity of Data.
- Support system upgrade and performance improvement related activities
- Responsible for designing and building the solution
