Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Minnetonka, MN (100% on-site)
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Responsibilities:
- Work on a new commercial line, focusing on manufacturing, troubleshooting, and installation.
- Conduct test methods and validations (OQ/PQ) and assist in developing processes.
- Write and release technical reports.
- Work in a clean room environment and manage related documentation.
- Collaborate with 3-4 process engineers and report to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, installation, and IQ (Installation Qualification).
- Experience in medical device manufacturing, especially with introducers/catheters, is a plus.
- Clean room experience is essential.
- Strong equipment troubleshooting skills and ability to hit the ground running.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with medical devices.
- Strong background in IQ and equipment troubleshooting.
