The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of generalist experience and will support 3 manufacturing locations with all HR activities including coaching and developing employees and supervisors, annual performance management oversite, employee relations and investigations, monitor staffing and provide strategy input, oversite of all LOAs, and other HR responsibilities. This position will be 100% onsite in Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Recruiting experience and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
