We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Engagement Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital engagement strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and medical affairs to ensure our digital channels effectively communicate our value propositions and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify key digital channels and platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various digital channels including websites, social media, email, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital engagement efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance audience interaction and build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize social listening tools and feedback mechanisms to understand audience needs and preferences.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all digital activities adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and medical affairs teams to integrate digital strategies with broader business initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support digital engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or engagement, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
