Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its Northwest Indiana office, with hybrid work arrangements available or the ability to work primarily remotely within Indiana or Illinois available. Ideal candidates will have financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or Illinois commercial litigation experience, as well as strong writing and communication skills. This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in state or federal court matters defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals.
Indiana bar admission is required and Illinois bar admission is a plus (candidates working remotely from Illinois must have Illinois bar admission).
