Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday, 8am-12pm Friday with night call
Average patients per days: 20
Clinic Support: 1:1 ratio to providers; lab staff to draw labs
Patient population: 77% adults and 23% peds
Must have active Georgia license or IMLC with LOQ
Must be Board Certified
