The Opportunity
We have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to look after a global FM contract for a leading media company based out of Cary, North Carolina. The role will offer huge potential for progression and growth.
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced and passionate Senior Facilities Manager to join our clients team. In this role, the Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensuring that all buildings and grounds are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.
The Senior Facilities Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of facilities staff, overseeing budgets, P&L and implementing efficient processes and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
The ideal candidate will have worked within facilities in the financial/ Banking sector or a similar high end corporate environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the team and Supply Chain Partners to ensure that exemplary Property and Facilities Management services are provided to the client and client staff.
- Manage resources and promote an ethos of teamwork and to install a culture of continuous improvement.
- Offer support and guidance to ensure that workflow is delivered effectively and to develop the team so that they achieve their full potential.
- Lead the team to achieve a best-in-class service delivery model for the client, ensure team and support chain partners are managed and motivated to improve service delivery and bring innovations to the workplace.
- Develop a relationship built on trust with the client in addition to contributing to the development and success of the company by supporting the management team through business development and operational activities.
