DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Canvassing Manager is responsible for assisting the Canvassing Manager with the canvassing teams performance and team culture. The Assistant Canvassing Manager will be responsible for driving MLMs vision, culture, and goals in the field and in the office. The ideal candidate will lead by example and must be comfortable with both positive and negative performance management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a daily culture of positivity and constant learning
Review appointment generation with team members
Assist with preparation and leading of daily canvassing meetings.
Territory management and assignment
Vehicle inspection and assignment
Consistent coaching and training of team members
COMPENSATION
Salary + uncapped commission (total compensation range of $50,000-$80,000)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates outside 70% of the time within a defined territory and in office/administrative 30% of the time.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a physical role that will be expected to work outside within all elements. Must have the ability to lift, pull and push up to 100 pounds.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Monday - Friday, 11am - 7:30pm EST and two (2) Saturdays per month, 9am - 2pm EST
TRAVEL
This position requires extensive travel within their territory and/or to and from other MLM offices.
