Role Description
Agramont Worldwide Logistics Inc is looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, CA. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, including coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control.

As a Logistics Coordinator for Agramont Worldwide Logistics Inc you will be required to attend the following responsibilities,
• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
