LHH is assisting our global client in their search for a Vendor Compliance and Reporting Manager. This is a full time, permanent position with benefits and will operate on a hybrid schedule (three days in the NJ office). Job Description:
- Managing and reviewing routing guides and vendor compliance manuals
- Creating and maintaining checklists for individual accounts
- Communicating all revisions and changes to different vendor requirement manuals and routing guides
- Monitoring and researching vendor compliance violations, determining route causes, and coming up with solutions
- Overseeing a team that researches and validates compliance related deductions
- Conducting onsite visits to warehouses to interface with supply chain management
- Continuing to be up to date with trends within the compliance industry by attending webinars and conferences as needed
- Communicating with customers, internal departments, and third parties
- Developing relationships with the appropriate people within top accounts to fix any issues and negotiate paybacks
- Overseeing the Dispute and Recovery Supervisor
- Preparing and distributing monthly KPI Performance Reports.
