DETAILS: Manager, Quality
COMPENSATION: $120,000 - $140,000 Base Salary, plus Bonus, Benefits day 1
LOCATION: Nashville, TN
We are looking for a Manager of Quality who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality management system for US Operations. This Manager will operate independently; being hands-on in this process and will not manage a team. In this role, you will report directly to global leadership and be responsible for driving improvements across the US operations. This individual must demonstrate accountability for functional business, successful execution of broad company objectives, and ability to listen and respond to customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manager, Quality
- Consistently meet customer expectations and contractual quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage customer interfaces to address quality concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual quality requirements.
- Measure customer satisfaction and engage with clients on specific projects.
- Conduct internal and external audits on projects.
- Develop improvement action plans based on customer feedback.
- Analyze and manage critical quality issues in processes, products, and systems.
- Monitor and address non-conformities, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate non-conformity closure with quality units.
- Provide evidence of fulfilling customer quality requirements.
- Maintain expected quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote best practices within the organization.
- Contribute to formulating the Global Quality Strategy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with quality performance.
- Analyze customer reports, identify priorities, and formulate action plans.
REQUIREMENTS: Manager, Quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Customer-service oriented with an understanding of contractual quality requirements.
- Proficient in root cause analysis tools (8D, 5Ws, Ishikawa, Six Sigma).
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and proficient in Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical background.
- 2+ years of relevant lead/management experience in industrial environments.
