A prominent downtown law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Secretary to join their Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the section head and three other attorneys within the IP Practice Group.
- Manage client billing functions.
- Answer phone calls and interact with clients, including welcoming office visitors.
- Attend and participate in docket meetings with attorneys and paralegals.
- Maintain and organize numerous files diligently and promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience as an administrative secretary in an office setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with online document management systems is a plus.
- Professional attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
