Project Coordinator - Simpplr Intranet Implementation
6-9 month contract; likely extension

100% Remote, must work EST hours
Job Description:
-Developing/waiting from HM
Responsibilities:
-Coordinating and facilitating the execution of the outlined Simpplr Implementation project roadmap
-Supporting the internal IS team by directing, communicating responsibilities, and ensuring established tasks are completed on time
-Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Communications, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
-Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established deadlines and milestones.
-Act as the main point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear, consistent communication.
-Outlining project milestones and managing the cadence at which they are hit
-Facilitating data/requirement collection from various stakeholders (Phases 2/3)
Required Qualifications:
-4+ years of IT Project Coordination experience
-4+ years of experience coordinating/managing Health IT product implementation & execution
- Simpplr, or applicable Intranet platform, execution management experience preferred
-Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field
-Experience working within a large health system environment
-Experience working between cross functional team
-Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working & communicating with clinical team members
-Experience facilitating data/content collection from project stakeholders
