About the Role:
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Redmond, WA
Summary:
The purpose of this team is Modern Work & Biz Apps. This role will contribute to Modern Work & Biz Apps is responsible for all Office Applications and own hybrid work for all of the company's as well as Co-Pilot a new AI piece that has just launched.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with previous experience in an admin role.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working at Tech Industry (preferably as an admin).
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with Calendar support/ Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
- Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
- Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
- Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
