The Role:
As a Principal AI Engineer, you will be a key contributor, instrumental in shaping the company's AI strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on development, ensuring that our AI products deliver impactful results for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Split your time equally between building the AI strategy and hands-on development.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop AI products focused on GenAI, LLMs, Audio Processing, and Data Extraction.
- Lead the vision for AI initiatives, creating roadmaps and timelines for integrating AI across the business.
- Design, build, and deploy GenAI systems that enhance family life through innovative products and services.
- Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms for applications such as ML, LLMs, and NLPs.
- Ensure all models are effectively deployed into production.
Skills and Experience: We are seeking a highly technical individual with 7+ years of experience as an individual contributor in the ML space. Please apply if you have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience with AI/ML systems, including GenAI, NLPs, Computer Vision, and Speech Synthesis hybrid AI systems.
- Strong knowledge of AI advancements, such as LLMs, Agent Systems, and Responsible AI.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive consensus on software solutions.
- Expertise in designing and building production-level system models.
- Experience deploying models into production.
