To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the UKG Pro database system.
- Analyze, test, and the implementation of UKG Pro modules.
- Review source documents for accuracy and completion of data input and verify output.
- Generate and distribute a variety of reports and statistical summaries.
- Develop queries and generate analytical reports for leadership staff.
- Provide functional training and query support for end-users.
- Team with Corporate Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll related Human Resources data.
- Investigate programs to process, analyze data, and solve Human Resources issues.
- Serves as liaison with Corporate IT staff in resolving programming and related issues.
- HRIS Team member in the strategic directions of HRIS application within Human Resources.
- This role is a part of our Corporate HRIS Team and reports to the Corporate HRIS Manager.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience with UKG Pro.
- Knowledge in the implementation of UKG Pro; Power BI a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong problem resolution skills, along with customer service and team orientation skills.
- Demonstrate relationship building and teamwork within a fast-paced work environment.
- Project leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, UKG Pro; Onboarding and/or Compensation modules and SQL a plus.
