Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production operations, ensuring seamless workflow from pre-production to post-production and timely delivery.
- Facilitate casting, location scouting, and recruitment of essential crew members.
- Maintain ongoing monitoring of production progress, addressing issues promptly and implementing corrective actions.
- Be present at production locations for extended periods, including weekends, to ensure production facilitation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft engaging content that aligns with corporate objectives and maximizes viewer engagement across mobile platforms.
- Offer creative insights and maintain quality control and brand consistency throughout the production lifecycle.
- Lead photo shoots for promotional materials while on set.
- Coordinate script preparation and revisions, ensuring clear communication between writers and production staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Established track record as a Producer in film, television, or vertical mini mobile series with a notable portfolio of successful projects. Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven expertise and enthusiasm for the romance genre within media production.
- Superior organizational and project management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Robust leadership and communication skills, promoting teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Artistic vision and the ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance creative output.
- Current knowledge of the film and television industries, including trends and technological advancements.
- Preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in film, communications, or related disciplines.
Salary Range:
