Our client, an innovative law firm, is seeking attorneys, counsel, and partners to join their Corporate Law and M&A department in North Carolina to facilitate their expansion and growth. The firm boasts a lifelong learning philosophy and incorporates cutting-edge technology into the firm culture. They offer a competitive fee split structure as well as shared or dedicated resources such as administrative, billing, marketing, legal assistant/paralegal, and associate support to maintain and grow your business in a collegial firm environment. The ideal attorney will possess a partial or full book of business that they would like to grow in a collegial team environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in these specific areas listed below and at least 6-20 years of experience as an M&A attorney:
Required Experience:
- Business Law, Complex Commercial Transactions, Corporate Restructuring or Corporate Reorganizations for businesses and corporations.
- Securities Law or Tax Law.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in NC and in good standing.
Location: this is a 100% remote opportunity with shared office space resources where you can meet with clients.
Compensation: competitive fee split of 70/30 model with shared resources.
In addition to a competitive fee split structure, you will be provided shared resources support via administrative, billing, marketing, and associate support or dedicated associate, legal assistant/paralegal, or administrative support, if required.
