We are looking for an experienced Retail Media Specialist to join the team! The Retail Media Specialist is crucial in developing and executing retail media strategies to promote products and services within the retail environment. They work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize advertising campaigns and drive sales growth.

We are also a North American distributor with vendor numbers at 70 (and counting) retailers. We are an Ecommerce Reseller; we purchase and manage 60,000+ skus on Amazon and other marketplaces. We are an in-house retail media agency, providing our brands with comprehensive advertising services (DSP, PPC, etc) to accelerate growth. We have an expanding Premium Incentive / Corporate Gifting business segment. Responsibilities include:
- Execute, optimize, and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns to ensure ROI and other KPIs are met
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion
- Provide strategic advice based on analytics and industry insights
- Weekly reporting by client
- Monitor campaign budgets and pacing to ensure aligned with account goals
- Provide support and strategy for additional platforms, including Amazon CA and MX markets
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Management, required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, preferred
- Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central
- Proven working experience with sponsored ad’s, DSP, and Pacvue
- Strong track record of successful advertising campaign management for top brands
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative advertising strategies
- Hybrid environment out of our corporate office in Mendota Heights, MN (3 days per week in office)
