Our client is looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant to join their growing team and be involved in decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of projects
- Acting on behalf of the executive when absent or occupied elsewhere
- Helping the executive make tactical business decisions
- Having a seat at the table in leadership strategy sessions
- Managing day-to-day business operations
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Being aware of the overall direction of the project and who must complete what to get it there
- Planning ahead and set meetings, work time, check-ins at key milestones for the projects in which they or their leader are engaged.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant or executive administrative assistant
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Prior experience being voice at the table in decisions as high as the executive leadership level of the organization.
- Hands on experience with MS Office. Microsoft Word/Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must be someone sharp and business savvy.
