About the Job
The Team Lead manages a team of US Advancement Guides responsible for leading and managing a team dedicated to advancing and applying managerial, interpersonal and relationship building skills to effectively manage and guide a global pipeline of healthcare professionals. The team lead is responsible for creating and implementing practices that drive clinician satisfaction, and movement through the pipeline stages to US deployment.
What You’ll Do
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Advancement Guides, setting clear performance expectations and goals.
• Accomplish department objectives through creation and use of customer service practices.
• Ensure MedPro policies, standards of practice and processes are applied at all times.
• Intervene and assist with resolving clinician issues through an outstanding level of customer service.
• Hire, train, coach and develop employees.
• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
• Monitor reports, dashboards and other information to ensure forward movement of clinician pipeline through compliance with established processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities that lead to achieving department goals.
• Maintain strong working relationships with international healthcare vendors to drive performance and ensure production goals are met.
• Develop and maintain library of training material.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals in fulfilling the position responsibilities:
o Work closely with International Sales to coordinate pre-deployment placement
o Work with licensure, MedProU educators, relocation and immigration to ensure timely movement through the pipeline and resolution of issues
• Accomplish results by completing one-on-ones and performance evaluations for team members.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, business environment or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing, motivating and leading people.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with CRM system preferred.

Compensation
• $65,000 Base Salary + 15% Quarterly Bonus
• Weekly Pay
