We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain Analytics to take on a strategic leadership role. This position involves managing the Supply Chain Business System Analysts, Master Data Management team, and Business Intelligence Analysts. The Director will be crucial in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning. Leveraging expertise in supply chain planning and analytics, the Director will enhance performance, streamline processes, and support the organization’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, business intelligence, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering advanced planning and optimization solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as SQL, DAX, Power BI, and Snowflake.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving change, managing complex projects, and achieving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the supply chain planning ecosystem roadmap.
- Offer analytical support for strategic projects, such as cost reduction, process optimization, and risk management.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
Business Intelligence and Analytics:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics and reporting systems, including defining the necessary data infrastructure for effective supply chain operations.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving supply chain performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and reports for effective monitoring and decision-making.
Business System Delivery:
- Manage the implementation, integration, and enhancement of supply chain systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that support supply planning, execution, optimization, and risk management.
- Lead efforts to enhance data accuracy and governance processes.
