A very well known law firm is looking for an expeirienced HR professional to join as a Human Resource Business Partner. This position is a big deal! You will be supporting several sub departments around the world and locally. We are looking for someone with experience in legal or professional services. Ideally you will reside in or near the San Francisco Bay area!

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and enhance overall performance.
Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement talent development programs and succession planning to ensure career growth and organizational continuity.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict, and promoting effective communication.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
Compliance and Legal Oversight:
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on legal changes and advise on compliance issues related to employment law, labor relations, and workplace policies.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Manage benefits administration, including health, retirement, and other employee programs.
HR Operations:
- Streamline HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for data management and reporting.
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Promote professional development opportunities and support continuous learning initiatives.
