Senior Construction Manager

My client, a large regional developer of both commercial and high density multifamily apartments is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to head up their field team on a huge multi year apartment project in Norco/Fontana. Successful candidate MUST have ground up experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include:
- Site coordination between land development and vertical construction
- Scheduling all subcontractors/vendors, day to day job management
- Working through plan/assembly conflicts
- Coordinating job progress with subcontractor/vendor payments
- Scheduling inspections
- Quality control
- Delivering units on time/on budget
Compensation commensurate with experience.
