Software Engineering Manager, ServiceNow
Lead the platform team, working with software & systems engineers, business systems analysts, and application architects. Solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and engage in technical decision-making in an agile environment.
Candidates must be able to commute three days per week to office in either Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of complex projects
- Provide leadership to solution development teams
- Facilitate resolution of complex technical challenges
- Transform business requirements into specifications
- Develop short and long-term system delivery strategies
- Lead data management and reporting efforts
- Assist the team in achieving collective goals
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage a development team
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years in solution implementation
- 6+ years in IT, Security, and/or GRC solutions
- System architecture and data analytics knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create and present executive-level presentations
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and other cloud-based solutions
- Proficient in JavaScript and Agile Development
- BS in Computer Science (required); Master's preferred
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ITIL Certification
