Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years working in Safety in a plant manufacturing environment
- Will be responsible for the day to day, KPIs, OSHA, compliance, and the overall system
- Performs audits
- ISO 14001 understanding
- Managed all environmental and safety aspects for plant consisting of 430 personnel spanning 3 shifts
- Train and influence other leaders for buy in to the overall safety program
