Our client, a top global law firm, is seeking an Associate Director of Enterprise Applications for their New York technology team. This role provides technical leadership, ensuring the implementation, stability, and performance of enterprise applications that support legal services. Reporting to the CIO, the Associate Director will lead the Application Engineering team and collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative tech solutions. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the midtown Manhattan office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of modern software tools.
- Provide technical expertise in optimizing enterprise applications, including MS Office, collaboration platforms, and document management systems.
- Ensure application stability and performance, aligning technology with business needs.
- Identify and implement new software solutions and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications in legal services.
- Expertise with MS Office Suite, legal software, and document management systems.
- Proven success in large-scale migrations to M365 and hosted systems.
- Strong knowledge of application security, user identity management, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
