In this role, you will use your extensive hardware, software, operating system, and desktop application knowledge and highly refined customer service skills, to support our client's customer and end-user base. Are you a tech-savvy professional passionate about IT support and infrastructure? We're looking for a strategic and proactive System Administrator to join our dynamic Service Desk team. This is a pivotal role where you'll handle second-level support, manage escalations, and maintain the integrity of our internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments.
What You'll Do:
- Provide IT support for internal systems and network infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain services for Microsoft-related tec3hnologies.
- Manage Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure and backup systems.
- Maintain documentation and c87ontribute to a knowledge base.
What You'll Bring:
- MCSA Windows Server 20169+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Experienc10e with Azure, Intune, and virtual networking.
- A degree in Computer 11Science or related field, or equivalent experience.12
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal sk13ills.
- The ability to multi-task and quickly adapt 14to changes.
