Orion Engineers, PLLC is seeking a Communications Administrator who will collaborate with Orion Engineers' leaders to assist in managing new business processes, monitor and execute on new marketing campaigns for company growth, as well as support operational needs through other administrative duties as needed. This person will report to the Director of HR and Administration and responsibilities will be external as well as internal facing. . As part of a dynamic company, a successful candidate will be a creative problem solver, highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter that strives for excellence and enjoys taking on challenges big or small. You like to have your hand in the success of any project put before you and will enjoy contributing to many different projects across Orion.
Responsibilities
- Support New Business and Company growth-related initiatives
- Monitor and execute social media strategy
- Contribute to and coordinate marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with leaders for new initiatives
- Manage office and event logistics as needed
- Support HR and operations in various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in marketing field or business administrative field
- Canva and Social Media, especially LinkedIn, experience preferred
- Keen eye for detail
- Enjoys getting creative
- Deadline driven and motivated for excellence
- Highly communicative and experienced working with various departments and personalities
