Product Manager (Full Time) -- Hybrid Sacramento, CA / Remote
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our client’s team focused on digital transformation of healthcare services. In this role, you will define product roadmaps, synthesize market and user research, and drive product success through data analytics and strategic execution. Candidates must have at least three years of digital product management experience, a bachelor's degree (or completion of a related bootcamp plus one year experience as a substitute), a strong foundation in data and information design, and preferably familiarity with OKRs and agile, and lean methodologies.

-This is an immediate contract opportunity for a role that may span multiple years. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a 1099 basis through Hyperdrive Agile.

Responsibilities:
Drives a product’s strategy in alignment with Initiative North Star Vision, Purpose, Goals, OKRs, and Human Centered Design. Responsibilities include:
- Defining business and product objectives and key results in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
- Synthesizing customer business goals, policy requirements, schedule and budget constraints, and strategic vision into OKRs and product roadmaps.
- Collaborating with the Product Owner and Engineering to define and iterate on product delivery strategy.
- Defining and analyzing metrics to measure product adoption and success in meeting business objectives.
- Identifying and prioritizing iterative improvements, justifying their impact, developing and testing hypotheses.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, customers, SMEs, and the product team.
Qualifications:
Required (Minimum) Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in product management, specifically in developing and managing digital products such as websites and software applications.
- Proven track record of: defining business and product objectives, synthesizing customer business goals into actionable roadmaps.
- Owning a product roadmap
- Articulating product strategy
- Evangelizing the Voice of Customer
- Conducting market and user research
- Synthesizing research with stakeholder and leadership goals
- Making educated tradeoffs in product design and defending high-impact value driven delivery
- Strong expertise in market and user research, data analytics, and managing product life cycles.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or successful completion of a bootcamp in a related field plus 1 year of experience
- Ability to work routinely in Sacramento, CA (hybrid on-site / remote)
Preferred (Nice to have) Qualifications:
- Background in Fintech, Data/Information Design or reporting
- Familiarity with OKRs and agile methodologies.
- Startup experience or a founder’s mentality.
- Agile, SCRUM, and lean methodologies knowledge.
