The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients as well as the superintendent and subcontractors on-site.
This is a role with a well-established General Contractor in North Carolina who has a strong Raleigh presence. They have a deep pipeline of projects with notable clients in diverse sectors including healthcare, higher education, light industrial, senior living, multi-family, pharma/life sciences, banking and much more. They are looking to hire both an experienced APM ready to become a PM and a PM who is eager to become a Senior PM.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of project life cycle - a mix of interior renovations and larger scale, ground-up projects
Manage project budget, schedule, and documentation
Create subcontracts and purchase orders
Develop scope and RFQ packages for subs and suppliers
Provide status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ground-up projects exceeding $15Mill and/or interior projects exceeding $5Mill
Strong organizational and project management skills
Procore Software experience
Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
Knowledge of local subcontractors
