Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors and updates dispatch system and works incoming tickets as assigned
- Provides troubleshooting, technical support and development of end-user guidelines
- Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains IT users’ workstation software and hardware
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- 2 years of technical operations support experience
- Familiarity with computer and workstation equipment
- Ability to:
- Provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software
- Provide on-the-spot training to users
- Make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements
- Understand operating systems imaging concepts
Education/Certifications:
- Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or other job related field
- A+ Certification
The salary range for this position is $20- $22/HRLY. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
