JOB TITLE: SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Strativ has partnered with a leading Aerospace organization that is involved in cutting-edge Uncrewed Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and advanced aerospace systems. The organization is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team and support ongoing UAV projects.
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our UAV projects. You will collaborate closely with customers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Operations) to ensure that all project requirements and system architectures are accurately defined and modeled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design systems using MBSE tools like Cameo.
- Define system requirements, boundaries, and capabilities.
- Coordinate with teams to align design with project goals.
- Manage system-level requirements, validation, and verification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Cameo and SysML; UAF is a plus.
- Defense/aviation experience; 3 - 5 years
The role will be on a W2 or 1099 basis and can be extended or have the potential to go permanent
