Title: Manager Machine Learning (MLOps)
Salary: Up to $175,000 + Bonus & LTI
Location: Cleveland Ohio (Relocation Assistance Approved)
The AI/MLOps Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing AI and MLOps platforms, ensuring they are stable, secure, and scalable. This role involves collaborating with various teams to define and execute technical roadmaps, removing organizational blockers, and managing development goals. The position requires interfacing with business and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements and effective project management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12 years professional experience, including 6+ years in team management
- 2 years of experience with MLOps, CI/CD, DevOps, or automation tools.
- Proficiency in cloud and container technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong business communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise data tools, Agile methodology, and relevant certifications (ITIL, Cloud, PMP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a shared vision for data technology platforms in collaboration with IT leadership and other stakeholders.
- Align priorities across teams to resolve issues and improve team velocity.
- Manage staffing needs, acquire talent, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Track risks and issues, providing status updates and justifying business needs for training and operations.
