JOB TITLE: Healthcare/Clinical Recruiter II
LOCATION: Hybrid
HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week
CONTRACT: Potential to Extend or Convert to FTE
HOURLY PAY RATE: $45 on W2
Role Overview:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will serve as the primary relationship manager for a designated business unit, overseeing recruitment strategies and processes. The role involves understanding job requirements, developing and executing recruiting strategies, and managing relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for external and internal talent.
- Build strong relationships and clarify requirements for positions within assigned units.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including media and advertising.
- Source and screen candidates, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Maintain documentation and provide necessary reports on recruiting metrics.
- Stay updated on best practices, laws, and HR policies.
- Collaborate with HR and provide career coaching as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5 years).
- Proven talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment (e.g., RN, Social Worker, Pharmacist, Physicians).
- Strong skills in managing internal relationships and executing hiring plans.
- Proficient in sourcing, screening, and using applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with internet recruiting tools and advanced search techniques.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency.
